See The Miracle From Yoga One of my student from satara has arthritis since many years  and over the years he has lost flexibility and has also got hunched posture because of weak bones.. in 2021 he got covid and was hospitalized for a month.. after that his condition worsened and he was bed ridden.. He had lost all his hopes.. then they decided to get sessions from me through online class .. He got immense support from me. In the beginning he could hardly stand without support and could not perform asanas or movements properly and now it's been 4 to 5 months he has recovered alot.. he is able to walk without support and has resumed his work and goes to office on his own..earlier he used to take medicines every day to reduce his joint pain and now he does not need the medicines at all...Now he is very much happy and started his practice in satara court. This was big challenge for me and i did it.
