Hi Snehal.. I am really grateful to you.. meditation yoga with music really helps me alot to calm down my mind. I feel so relaxed and calm during whole day. Earlier i was used to get angry, depressed, overstressed in critical and non favorable situations or when I am overloaded with the work.. I was literally looking for mental peace.. Nowadays I am staying very calm even if in worse situations or during any problem arise in my day to day life.. I really dont bother about any kind of negative situation or all the outside chaos .. my mind stays calm and focused all the time .. and this happened in automatic way. I dont need to force my self to keep calm.. even i enjoy loneliness as well which was not the case earlier.. I had a tremendous positive changes started in my life physically and mentally both.. I would definately says this is the kind of feeling which one can experience only and cannot describe in words!! Would like to see you as my mental and physical coach throughout my life journey..!! I had lot of anxiety issues before starting Yoga with Snehal. Yoga has given a newer version of me. Not only I lost weight, but my health physically & mentally improved a lot. Earlier I had an impression that Pre Natal yoga is good for the health and overall well being of the baby and mother. But i was surprised how it helped me during my labour, and how short my labour was. I was doing yoga with Snehal since 5th month of my pregnancy, until the last day. The best part was the way Snehal always motivated me to continue doing yoga without fail. That gradually helped me develop a lot of strength, which was lacking during my 1st pregnancy when I did yoga very occasionally and discontinued after 7th month. Fortunately for me both my deliveries were natural but the 2nd delivery labour pain was comparatively very short at about 2 hours. I sincerely thank Snehal in helping me in this journey. I decided to join Snehal's yoga classes in 2019 in an endeavour to get back in shape after being bed-ridden due to a leg fracture which also resulted in severe back pain. I had heard great things about Snehal from my friends and I was not disappointed. Her yoga routine not only aided in healing but also helped me regain my fitness. I conceived the following year and joined the prenatal yoga sessions which were of immense help. Given my medical history I was worried for my pregnancy but thanks to the yoga routine, I had a seamless experience with zero complications. In fact, post delivery recovery was swift too. On yoga day today.. I would like to thank you Mam from the bottom of my heart.. yoga has brought such positive change in me and my life.. with 6 months old daughter I use to get very restless, anxious easily but post I started yoga I have become so much more calm.. never in my life I thought there would be a day when I would want to get up and do exercise daily and by any chance if I miss it I would feel unhappy and restless.. yoga has become such integral part of my life now.. this is the power of your teaching.. sometimes I fear what if one day you say I am stopping yoga classes.. what would we do., please donโt say that ever๐
I wanted to tell you about my health progress since I joined your yoga class. Before joining your class my RA symptoms had worsened as my medication was discontinued during lockdown. My joints had become very weak. Each morning I used to have stiffness in joints and painfull ankles making it difficult for me to walk. I also started having severe shoulder pain. Even climbing stairs used to feel like a difficult task. I had lost all hopes. Then I joined your yoga class again and within 3 months all my RA symptoms have gone and I am in my remission period. Now I can stand for a long time, go for treks. I am leading a normal life now. I am not taking my medicines anymore. You are a great teacher. You take efforts to teach new asanas everyday and give personal attention to everyone. Thank you ๐
Snehal is more powerful than she knows. shes not only the best yoga teacher i've ever come across but also the best life coach. I was visiting my uncle in Pune and i enrolled myself in Snehal's yoga n strengthening classes. In just 12 days she not only helped me bring a big and beautiful change in my body but also helped me attain a beautiful calm which i've never felt before. just because of her i have decided to shift my base from Delhi to pune forever. I was always a lazy kid but thin. I became more lazy when it started my job in 2015. As I was thin, so never took exercise or healthy diet seriously. But in 2018, it got all changed. I was diagnosed with diabetes and that too in my late 20s. After that I took heath seriously and joined Snehal's yoga. It's been almost 3 years, I have been practicing yoga under Snehal's guidance and it's been a great journey I must tell.

From the last 3 months, I was suffering from knee pain, which was because of arthritis, consulted with the doctor in Delhi and he suggested some medicines which include pain killers and steroids.... I Just refused to take them as I know that it will have so many side effects..... My daughter who is your student, has talked to you about my problem.... and you talked to me and suggested me to come to Pune for your medical yoga classes.... I came here and took the one month session of medical yoga from you which includes physiotherapy and some muscle strengthening exercises which helped me to lowering my joint pains..... I've also gone through detoxification of the body under your guidance which helped me to recover fast.... After detoxification, I felt very light and energetic.... This liver detox therapy is a wonderful program conducted by Snehal ma'am. She instructed remotely with each details on time which made me go through this program in a very comfortable manner. My husband started having back pain in September. It was so severe that he couldnโt walk. Thanks to Snehal he started walking without pain. But still after a month the pain didnโt go completely. She asked him to do Liver Detox and to our surprise all his Galstones got washed away. The pain went off miraculously. Hi Snehal I know you from past few years. I tried to join several time in your class and discontinued in few days. But before 9 or 10 months I again pushed myself to join your class and till date I rarely missed your class. Honestly I loved it. I am always a fitness freak person. From childhood being a classical dancer I know how body fitness is necessary. I never had any specific health issues (by God's grace). But I was conscious to continue my dancing till my end day of life. Dance n Yoga both are connected to eachother. During these 9 months yoga became an inevitable part of my life. The way you continued things online without interruption in your focus to all students I loved that. During this Pandemic it's hard to stay emotionally n physically optimistic. But I can say that I am emotionally n physically optimistic. Just before 1 week I was detected Covid positive. I did not know that I was heavily infected but report says that only. My Family was worried. But my body was acting optimistic. Honestly I did not suffer much for anything. No weakness, no vomit or headache, no bodyache. Only my tonsil got effected. Definitely right time rt pcr and consciousness helped me to recover by following all medication n precaution instructions by my doctor. But I must say : Yoga helped my to stay optimistic and my body was able fight with this virus in everyway. Surprisingly I got recovered in just 2 days and in 3rd day I joined your yoga again. My body is able to do all exercises and it is not giving me any such signal that "I WAS COVID POSITIVE JUST 5 DAYS BACK". Thank you so much for all your guidance. As well here I must say before few days I had a muscle sprain due to sudden jerk. But with your proper guidance without missing a single day through yoga I got recovered with help of little use of medicine. I will keep going in my fitness journey. Covid or any disease can not stop yoga rather we should do more so that we can keep ourselves away from any disease. In last 1 year I did not face cold, cough, joint pain, fever for a single day.
